After being introduced to the topic by the bright minds of Garrett Baker, Nick Ascue, and Garrett Boyum, I decided to teach a mini course on how the ecological dynamics framework can be used to improve skill acquisition and sports performance. My goal with this course was to help gauge my understanding and share the knowledge with others. After working on this, I began to see the parallels in many areas of my life and was able to use the learnings to improve my skills in various areas even outside of sports.
